Civcon started as a small groundworks operation in Yorkshire — no external funding, no ready-made client base. What began in August 2018 has grown into a company that handles complex civil engineering projects for end-user clients and principal contractors alike, across highways, drainage infrastructure, energy, and public realm.

The management team stays closely involved in how projects run day to day. When something unexpected comes up — uncharted utilities, rock at depth under live traffic, late-stage design queries — the people making decisions are on site or reachable. The workforce has been built deliberately over seven years, with an emphasis on maintaining standards as the company has grown. Health, safety, quality, and environmental performance have stayed consistent throughout.
