Kirk Smeaton Memorial Gardens & Allotments, Completed On Schedule

Memorial gardens matter to communities. Kirk Smeaton Parish Council knew what they wanted: a safe, accessible, attractive outdoor space that residents could actually use. We delivered it.

Working with SDF Northeast and Kirk Smeaton Parish Council, we completed a phased renovation starting June 17, 2024:

The weather challenged the programme. Adaptive planning and collaborative problem-solving kept it on track.

Positive feedback from Kirk Smeaton Parish Council highlights increased resident satisfaction and community pride. Foot traffic to the gardens has increased since completion.
